State of confusion. First appointment made in Center City, Philadelphia. Lost all my on line paper work and doctor not in the day of visit. Sent to Voorhies where I waited 2 hours after appointment to be seen. Follow up visit in Voorhies. They did not have my x-rays taken 3 weeks prior. Doctor said I would get a call to discuss x-rays by weeks end. Two weeks later, no call. Left 3 messages since. No phone call to date. Office is in state of confusion. The only thing I've received to date is apologies about the new office and still trying to get it together. I will not waste another 1 hour trip to this office. They also had the nerve to try to reschedule my appointment when I arrived 15 minutes late due to traffic, after driving over 1 hour. Had they picked up their phone or checked their voice mail they would have received my call that I was running late and driving an hour to get there. Uncaring, confused, and unprofessional!
.....OH, and if you call the phone # posted above, don't expect to get anything other than a recording telling you to leave a message...& that, yeaaaa "they will get back to you"....don't hold your breath for too long.
There are several offices in that building at Voorhees..and I Know the Association of Jefferson. Internal medicine. Are fantastic and caring. And go over and above to take care if their patients. Perhaps the below are of the other when the other specialist we're just setting up.their offices in same building. I am sure all great as Assoc of Jeff internal medicine now.
Since the month of April, I (along with other physicians & pharmacists) have contacted Jefferson @ Voorhees countless times, regarding serious health matters- all efforts were failed attempts.
Honestly, if you were allowed to post a review on here without having to select at least one star, this review would have No stars. Maybe if I got even just ONE lousy stinking call back....or soMethiNg...then MAYBE their review would paRtially be able to claim a fRaction of the undeserved Star selected above.
I'm truly disgusted with the amount of unreturned calls, hang-ups during calls, requested documentation by physicians & pharmacists ignored... and all of the months gone by ....with nothing! ...Nothing but a further deteriorated state of health.
Urgency?... Don't expect to find any of it here.
Whether if it was a Voicemail that had been left, or I was actually able to speak with someone in real-time (on rare occasion), the result was always the same.....nothing.
