I took my wife for general check up as we moved from MD and wanted some closest primary physician, but that Doctor screwed up with diagnosis and submitted wrong code to our insurance provider. However insurance company did not pay the amount, so Cooper send us a lum sum bill, I followed with them for almost 2 years and they always said, our case is under review and finally without notifying us they submitted our case to collection department. And I have to pay that amount from my pocket and also I am paying for insurance. I will not be taking any of my family member to cooper any more...... we are done
terrible center ,after scheduling mostly nurse practitioners see the patient .the gynecologists are terrible and misdiagnosed .i had to go to other center pay out of pocket to see another gynecologist to get the right diagnosis and get the treatment on time .Thank god i got other appointment with a doctor out of Ripa center otherwise god knows what had happened to me now .the worst part of Ripa center are the doctors .they are not expert .
