This surgery center is very thorough with everything they do. They make you feel super safe and do everything they can to make you comfortable and relaxed. Loved my experience here!
Dealing with an ignorant staff who needs a letter from my insurance company before I can get an appt. after 1 hour on the phone with them. Never had to deal with such ignorance and not worth the trouble. If its such a problem to get an appt I cant imagine care.
The Photos and address are mixed up! I'm talking about 900 Centennial Blvd! One of the Best! Been going here for many years. Not one complaint! In this Building there is also Radiology, Mammogram Ect. For Lab Services,there's a building in same parking lot But It's Not Listed On Map!! Highly Recommend!!

THE other thing is at check in to they make you sign a form you don't see that they claim is an acknowledgement of their hospital based billing practices. Hmmmm, I always wonder, how can I possibly sign off in that when I have no clue until I receive billing records later that the hospital based employees conducting billing practices have been properly vetted, are conducting the billing professionally and most honestly, using the correct billing codes most of all, the answer is I certainly cannot until I receive records weeks later but by that time it's to late, I've already signed off. Just sincerly makes me wonder, that's all. Otherwise everything else is simply fantastic!!
Awful awful awful. Absolutely no accountability. Can never get a hold of anyone, leave a message and NO ONE calls you back. I have cancer and should not have this much stress. Waiting to get chemo but they are saying they are waiting for authorization from insurance company. I called insurance company and MD Anderson never even submitted anything!!!! I am beyond frustrated and really at a loss on what to do. It's been a mess from the beginning. My surgeon didn't even have the results of my CAT scan before surgery. Isn't that a little important? Should have been a sign of things to come.
The 98.9% of it overall with staff and services is really sincerly GREAT! TO say the least, in fact there are a few staff members that certainly very well deserve the highest honor possible in my opinion, I've been around many facilities like this and have not seen any employees nearly as great as some of the ones working here. Now for the negative, the reason for not 5 stars is due in part to some things that take place I sincerely don't like because it's not nessessary and really annoying! The two things are at some of the check in areas the person who checKS you in will unless you cut them off , they will VERY LOUDLY state your personal information, D.O.B, address, phone number, insurance info, emergency contacts basically more than enough for any surrounding people who are in identities theft business to clearly note the information spoken and take control of your life until you notice. This practice in my opinion should stop immediately. I just go up and immediately state "Nothings Changed"!!
