Beyond frustrated and upset with an office that let's patients fall through the cracks. They have no problem taking your money, but it's a struggle and fight to get everything scheduled. I still have not received results from tests 2 months ago.
So upset with our experience. I have a child with severe special needs and this facility was recommended. We had so much trouble getting an appointment and then when we finally did waited months for it. Upon getting there we were told they called us to cancel the night before due to the doctor being out. We had no missed call and no message. I left in tears and chose not to reschedule.
Been going to CNNH for 6 years. The services that are offered are extensive and everyone is friendly and kind from the desk staff to the billing staff, nurses doctors! They all work tirelessly and have helped us with so much, we don't know what we would have done if we hadn't of come here for treatment. We definately & highly recommend them for neurology services, behavioral therapy, psychological and IQ testing, ect! Fantastic people!
Dr. Mintz is really good and cares about his patients. The front desk staff is pleasant and very helpful. However, prescriptions are NOT filled in a timely manner. This is the second time this has happened in two months. I always call at least two weeks before my son's prescription is up and also make appointments well in advance. Then my pharmacy calls me to tell me that they refuse to fill it. If your child requires a prescription DO NOT GO TO CNNH.
They have a great staff and the girls at the front desk are always so sweet. They've helped my son so much!! Thanks.
