Was seeing dr. Ferroni durning lay off. I did start out with her on a good note. Until I had side effects from medication prescribed. I discontinued taking the meds because of side effects. And was unable to make the daytime appointment. So I called and cancelled. A couple months later I began feeling down and went to see her and talk about the side effects. Made appointment and office called to ask if I could come into office at a later time so they could See a new patient . I agreed to take later appointment. Then I received another call asking to move my appointment to the following week which I would not do and ask to see doctor at my original appointment time . When I seen doctor She was very hostile towards me for discontinuing meds and not seeing her right away. And was told I had only a few minutes to explain my issues. She seemed very angry with me and I felt I was being pushed out the door. When I confused a medication with doctor she became hostile with me and I asked if she even wanted to help me with my situation. She was helpful before but this was not the helpful person I spoke to before . She was angry and seem to not want to give me the care or attention I needed at that time. Only worried about how much time she would have with her new patient which the office had over booked for that day . Which is no reason to give me or any other patient a time limit . It is very hard to find a doctor you trust and feel comfortable with talking about your problems. She would not look me in the eyes nor even talk to me about how I was feeling. To busy typing away. Would not recommend to anyone else.
Was very unpleased with this office and the doctor I was scheduled with. You clearly go to this kind of doctor because of specific issues going on and she didnt care at all. She was empathetic, and careless of certain things I have shared with her. Overall would never go back there as I have been with so many other better doctors who actually cared about there patients. She was was not thorough and receptive to anything i was talking to her about and just kept typing on her computer not making eye contact with me. Very unplease with Dr. Ferroni and would never go back.
Started new medication and had a bad reaction. Could not get a hold of anyone over the the weekend! No doctor on call! Just not right
