I have been taking my son there since he was born. He is 4 and all of the doctors I have encountered have been knowledgeable and well mannered. As for the front staff they could definitely be a little more welcoming. Customer service begins with them, if I had assumed the doctors were as kind as them I would have maybe changed practices. Get that together and I would give them 5 stars. Dr. Chasen and Dr. Lafferty are great!
My son has been a patient there since birth wouldn't trade them for the world......always listen and get him in when we have emergencies

My first child had a different dr. I then changed to here because they were not as clean as you'd expect. Now i have two children and i wouldn't change to a different facility for anything. They are wonderful, friendly, accommodating and professional. The front desk couldn't be nicer. If i absolutely had to make a complaint it would be to change their on hold music lol.
Some Doctors are OK. but bunch of inexperienced as well. The Front desk & billing department are junk . I had very bad experience with their billing errors. It wasted lot of my time & energy . Be careful.
