I ordered delivery from this location a few weeks ago. When my pizza finally arrived it looked as if the pizza had fallen on the floor while inside the box. When I called to get my pizza replaced the manager I spoke with had a lot of attitude and was very rude. She did, however, tell me that she was going to have my pizza remade and sent out to me, and she was going to give me a credit for one free meal. I asked her if there was a price limit for this credit and she said no. The replacement pizza took an hour to get delivered to me. When I called today to redeem my free meal credit I was given more attitude by the employee as well as the manager. Then I was told by this manager that there is a price limit and that I couldn't order a specialty pizza, even though the pizza that they messed up a few weeks ago was a specialty pizza. I will never do business with this location again.
I love this app cuz what I'm hungry I don't have to sit here and explain myself for 2 hours how I want to spend my money I just press the buttons and Let It Go and it comes to me still hot I love this guy at one of the best things ever I love Domino awesome hours convenient location at is the shirt I love it to check my points for me
Never failed us on delivery. Late closing is an added advantage.
Pizza looked great, delivery was on time, tasted like plain cardboard!!! Pepperoni and chicken w/feta cheese, couldn't tell one from the other!
Not happy with this place at all. They forgot one of our items from our delivery order and when we called to let them know, not only were we on hold for almost 10 minutes when we finally got through( was told twice " please hold") and advised the store of the forgotten item and told them we just wanted to keep them aware so that they are more careful when packaging their items, the Rep responded with a simple "thanks". There was no "i apologize, we will be more careful next time". Ridiculous. Forgetting things is understandable it happens but at least learn how to genuinely apologize. It's called customer service.
