Bad experience. Wrong order, served cold. Rob was supposed to give me a voucher for another meal or sandwich but never came back. Said something to the original cashier and she brought yet ANOTHER manager who said I'd have to wait even longer for him to find Rob. Poor service for expensive clean food.
Good food, fast. Tasty too. ..not a fan of paying high prices for food that I have to pick up myself and bus my own dishes.
The food was amazing! If you're a French onion soup lover you have to get it in the bread bowl and order about 3 of them! My absolute favorite! The only problem why this is a 4 instead of 5 star is because it was my first time ever visiting a Panera bread not even just this location and I felt rushed because they were busy but I told them it was my first time there so I had no clue what they had to offer. Also, I had to ask where drinks were because I thought they served them to us, instead you have to walk all the way to the back of the restaurant for your own. Not ideal for someone who ordered ahead of time in a rush. Also, I had no clue where to stand to get my order, no one told me that either. There was a sign to look at with your name to know when your food was ready. She never asked my name so I couldn't use that either. I feel you need to explain to new customers what to do or where to go to make them feel comfortable. Another young gentleman answered all of my questions when I went back up to ask again and recommended some of his favorite items. He was very pleasant and made my experience better. I wish I had had him to begin with.
Wow! I am not one to typically write bad reviews however my last 3 experiences at this location have been horrible. Soda machine not working, trash overflowing and all over the floor, dirty tables, skimpy portions and dishes overflowing to the point they’re falling on to the floor. This owner should be embarrassed and I thought Panera had higher standards. It’s a disgrace! Please keep driving past this place!
