From a first time child to adult, first time beginner to well seasoned black belt you will have access to a great curriculum and personal teaching from the best. Everyone is welcomed but be prepared to be challenged mentally and physically. I felt at home immediately. Planned on a session or two a week but have been going 6 times a week for coming up on a year. Professor Brach usually will let you try a session or two for free so it's worth a shot.....but be warned. Everyone gets hooked and signs up

great for beginners and advanced students of all ages. professor Brach is the best in the area at breaking things down and teaching in a way that allows you to learn and pick up fast. He is a high level bjj black belt and a high level striker. 100% reccomend coming in and checking him out you won't regret it
