What is with this place and rationing out the freaking rice like it was the last bag in the whole fridging store....there is always some misguided idiot with an opinion as to how big you meal shoukd be. If I ask for double rice, you put double rice and charge me for it. You dont give me a look like i just killed you cat then proceed to gice me a spoon and 1/4, and try ti charge me double. If a customer is paying for it then put it on the plate... if your having a bad day or hare your job then get a new one. You are better of going to cberry hill... atleast there they understand the concept of giving the customer what they orderd and not giving them lip or making faces about it.
Chipotle in all locations have great Mexican food and it surely is very addictive. The only issue is that I do not fully trust the meat/chicken at any Chipotle Mexican Grill location. With all the history that Chipotle has had with its meat, I've learned to keep my distance from it. Its bad reputation doesn't sit well with me. Anyhow, this specific location isn't the very best. The employees are rude and have a major attitude problem. Most of them are careless and do not listen to you when you make a specific request (ex: to drain the liquid from the beans). I've learned to deal with it but it is getting quite old. Just the other day I asked one of the employees to put the lettuce and then a little bit of sour cream. She was in such a rush to get done with the order, she put a huge serving of sour cream instead. I'm very disappointed that such a greatly appreciated franchise has such unruly employees.
WORST location out there. I eat Chipotle 4+ times a week, and every time I go to this location I have a terrible experience. Today, my burrito (with almost no meat put in) tortilla fell apart while trying to wrap it. He then tried to rewrap it and failed. It came apart again on the third try... as well as the fourth. When the fifth tortilla broke in three different spots, he still wrapped and gave it to me. Also, have the ingredients were stuck to the previous tortilla tries. Like I said, I eat Chipotle 4-5 times a week, but I'll be going to Qdoba after this.
Excellent staff. Very frenzy. Patient and helpful. I go there quite often and it's alway clean and pleasant.
The burrito was good. The one thing I didn't like was that guacamole was $2.00 more if you wanted it. Overall, I prefer Moe's Southwest Grill
