Carl and his wife do a very good job on detailing. We have taken our cars here for years. You may have a problem scheduling as it's only a 2 man family shop but worth the wait. He provides a very good service at a reasonable prices and sell discount coupons
I didn't appreciate the "hard sale" when I was picking up the car were he stated I could have one or two additional washes at the "internet price" (Groupon price) as part of a maintenance package. I honestly don't feel that his quality is worth what he charges, even at the Groupon/internet price.
I understand why so many people rate this auto detailing business poorly. Carl may be nice to existing customers and perhaps he does a decent job on their vehicles, yet if you are using a Groupon (or another coupon/voucher) for a "full detail," his quality is not worth the advertised full price in the Groupon. There were clearly portions of the car where no wax was applied (as shown by the towel drying marks still present on the car from the earlier car wash). Though the wheels looked good, the tire shine wasn't evenly applied leaving sections of the tire dull. I have no complaints about the interior job. Some reviewers expected carpet shampoo and leather/vinal conditioning, I didn't expect this since it was not listed in the details of the Groupon (maybe that is included in a normal full detailing job).

Don't waste $$ on a Groupon. The owner said he could fit me in months away. In fact, he asked me when the Groupon expired and said that was the day he could schedule me. He said he would call if anything opened up and never called. ... not impressed.
Bought a groupon for an auto detail and called them to set up an appointment. Took my Groupon code and told them I would cal back to set up an exact date that they had available because apparently they were booked. I called back like a week or so later and they couldn't find my Groupon code that I gave them. I have them my number so once they found my code like they promised they would, Someone would call me back. Obviously writing this because I never got a call. I'm at the point where i don't care if they call or not because I would not even bring my car if it was free. I'm just warning everyone else not to trust these thieves. I wish I could post on Groupon to warn people on there too. 0 stars if I was allowed
