The only HVAC company I use. They replaced my central air unit a couple of years ago. Their sales tech/rep answered all my questions, broke down the prices of options, and gave me competitive figures for the unit I chose and its installation. The other company reps I talked to were ok, but weren't as knowledgeable, and their pricing wasn't as transparent. Unlike Rubino's, they didn't or couldn't provide the info I needed to compare brands and prices. The Rubino techs who've done routine maintenance as part of my service contract have all been courteous and knowledgeable. They have helped keep my AC and furnace trouble-free. I think this company is great, and I plan to use them for HVAC installs and service as long as I can.
I recently had my one year complimentary service completed by Kevin M. While there he added a new quick release valve in the condensate line so that it can be blown out easily in future services (inside the house), and replaced a potentially faulty contact that appeared to be responsible for a chattering/grinding sound when the AC started. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he was very patient and thoroughly answered every question I had. Extremely professional. And both of these services were completely covered. I could not be happier with my decision in choosing Rubino Service.
I won't speak negatively about the other company, or even mention their name. All I'll say is, since you're reading this, get more than one quote before having your job done, and do yourself a favor by having one of the quotes come from Rubino. Then make your decision.
Jake was an excellent technician. He went over all if the elements of our heating system and made the necessary adjustments. He was by far the best technician that we have had.
After emailing him and canceling the installation, I asked a neighbor for her recommendation. She told me she'd been using Rubino since the mid nineties (20 years) and couldn't speak more highly of them.
Since that first call, my Rubino salesman Mike R. has been to my house four times: Once for the initial, very pleasant discussion for the quote (which I obviously decided to agree upon a few days after he left), once to take measurements and pictures to aid him when talking to Rubino installers prior to the job, once on the morning of the installation to be sure the installers were doing what was agreed upon, and finally at the end of the installation to go over warranty information and receive payment.

With respect to the installation, the installers, Nick and Jeff, were on time, very cordial, clean, quite, friendly to my dogs, and did what appears to be a very professional installation. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the encounter.
I needed to replace my home heating and air conditioning systems so I began the process by getting a quote from a south Jersey area local, and what outwardly appeared to be popular, service and installation company. Their quote seemed unreasonably high, but what really struck me was the pressure applied by the salesman. He insisted I schedule the installation date before he left my house, denying me time to adequately consider his offer or think about my decision. It was the "hardest" sell I've ever experienced, and I've bought or leased more than my share of new cars.

I am so glad we came upon Rubino to service our HVAC system. Ian arrived within the 2 hour window they indicated. He fixed the problem, offering 2 ways to go and explaining benefits of each. A little glitch made the system go off again the next day. Though it was 9:00pm when Ian finished an emergency call, he came out to our home and everything was fine in 15 minutes.
