Do urself a favor and don’t use them! My driver came to pick up shipper said the load was picked up the day before, I called CH after being on hold for 12 mins and after they picked up they said hang on we will cal shipper we will call u back in 20 mins. I waited and hour no one called me back then I called them and put me on hold again for another 10 mins then they told me the load is cancelled. No one even bothered to call me back or anything. They really are very unprofessional. I enjoy working with CH a lot but this branch is one of the worst ones.
Terrible customer service. Company has missed 2 scheduled delivery days without so much as a phone call to tell us. Ive placed 9 total calls into the Secaucus branch to find out where my freight is, promised 9 call backs, received 0. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
