Extremely satisfied with this shopping experience! Purchased a washer/dryer combination. Everything went smoothly from the initial purchase through the delivery and installation. Specifically it's important to recognize the delivery/installation crew (DeAndre McKinley and Neto Shields)! They showed up on a Sunday, on time, introduced themselves, and had the washer installed unless than 10 minutes (We're getting the dryer later). They should be recognized for excellent job they're doing. Thank you.
One of the worst hardware stores I've ever been in. It's virtually impossible to get help if you need it. Either no staff are available or the available staff are totally incompetent. Selection is generally okay but not at all better than average. My review is 100% due to the poor way this store is managed. In my most recent shopping experience, I could not even get a cart at first because they were all stuck together and nearly impossible to separate. Several fellow shoppers helped out and got the carts separated. Staff looked on and didn't offer help. What a terrible way to run a business. Avoid this store unless you absolutely need an item it exclusively carries.
Good place to get plants flowers trees and shrubs. Their outdoor furniture selection is very nice as well. I seem to like the home depot better for customer service though.
