And my check engine light came on while I was on 295. I googled and found Hyatt’s and Jon helped me right away and sent me on my way. Can’t say enough about how nice they were.
I made an appointment after reading the reviews from google for Saturday before Christmas because I was informed from pepboys that I needed a lot of brake work and they wanted 1500 dollars for the work. I was heading south for the Thanksgiving holiday
I bought a used car for my daughter with in a week the car was overheating Jon checked and found that the radiator was clogged full of some sort of stop leak. We brought the car back to dealer where we bought it because Jon insisted we return the car and we got our money back :) Thank you so much Jon!
I do not know about the auto repair but the fuel attendants are ignorant and brassy. Not good customer service, always on their cellphones and do not pay attention of the customer. Indian / Asian. Fuel prices are great so I guess I have to live with it.
My Volvo brakes failed on my way to work. I limped in to Hyatts and left John my car. I don’t make lots of money but I was at their mercy. Within two hours John called with an estimate and said the car would be done at the end of Day. When I arrived to pick up my car the bill was less than the estimate becausenow get this he was able to get the parts cheaper ! John isn’t new favorite person Thanks Hyatts for not taking advantage of a women
