The worst experience in a life time I went too dr Levine with a trusted attitude until I was screwed over by his bad work.he done many tooth repairs every one that dr Levine did came apart fillings fell apart,the cap that was put in hurts all the time my plans are too report him too the highest level up to and including the medical board him wasted money at delta dental which I ask for a refund.
