26$ because of an SUV (Jeep Grand Cherokee) upcharge for a “platinum wash” and you would expect the inside of the vehicle to be cleaned well. I’ve noticed they during my last 5 platinum washes, the interior is still dirty. I believe their interior guy is visually impaired. They are rushing to get cats through quick and lacking attention to detail. Exterior looks great, interior work is terrible, absolutely terrible.
I was a patron here for 5 years since they opened, but unfortunately they have lost a longtime customer. I've been here twice where the equipment caused damage to my vehicle and they refused to admit it. The first time my (stock!) amplifier, which is under my passenger seat was ruined, which I later found out was because they washed my floor mats and left them wet while putting them back in my car - when NO WHERE on the description does it mention they wash mats on any of the car washes (only the detail packages). If I knew beforehand I would've told them not to wash them for this reason! Another time I went and my tail light lens fell in the wash when it was definitely secure when I rolled in. They found it in the bay, all scratched up, and a guy there Alex told me bluntly "just glue it back on," oblivious to the fact it was cracked, and he was plain out rude and disrespectful to me. AVOID these SCAMMERS, they are OVERPRICED and owe me $400+ in repairs they refuse to pay for!!
Save your money and break out the hose and soap.
Great service and the cleaning was above standard for the cost. I was extremely please and happy with this new find. I'll be taking all our vehicles there from now on.

Got the platinum package, mud still on my trunk and back bumper and my rims were very dirty. As soon as I got my car home and looked at it I had to clean it myself. The mud and rims cleaned very easy with windex and a paper towel lol so I don't think it was acceptable. My car was done in about 5 minutes and that's great but not when they don't look at if they did their job or not and rush you out so they can pull up the next car to lazily "clean" that one as well.
