Been going to this salon once a year for couple massage for special events. When asked how my massage was I told the clerk it wasn't very good, but she did not do anything about it. She just brushed it off. Apparently Caitlyn is new there. Her massages are light in pressure and she never touch my hands through the whole masssge. She did this strange tickle thing and I asked her at one point to increase the pressure, but she went back to the light pressure. It wasn't worth the $65. She never touched my hands. Think I'll look for another place next time. My massages with a Nicki were amazing there, but she's no longer there. Very disappointed.
I usually go to the Hainesport location but they were booked so I decided to try the Voorhees salon. It was an awesome experience!!!! I had a picture that I had brought with me of a color and cut that I wanted and they nailed it..I have never gotten more compliments! Also the girls at the desk were so nice, I never felt rushed like I do in so many places. Also, FYI they have a great rewards program too - every little bit helps!
Been going there for years..Best service ever.. I she Tiffany she does my color and Blows out my hair. Best ever and ever.... She is truly the best. Lara cuts my hair and she is the best. Anastasia does my eyebrows.. She is the sweetest and does such a great job, my eyebrows never looked better... Krista use to wash my hair but she is no longer there..Big mistake she was the best hair washer ever. Always took time to say Hi and did the best head massage ever. Always looked forward to seeing her. She was the sweetest. Her replacements need to take a page out of her book. The mangers at that salon are lucky to have all those girls there. They are the nicest girls ever. I am a business owner and I know how important it is to have good staff it surely shows at this salon..PS besides getting rid of Krista best salon ever.
I went for a massage recently (I chose the Tranquil Massage) and Mandy took care of me. I've never felt so relaxed before! The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming, which was nice. Mandy was also really nice and made my experience very comfortable. The environment was great, with great aromas and a nice peaceful room with calming music playing. I will definitely be back again!
