I visited the bank one time. Excellent and timely service.

Bank is extremely slow only have one or two tellers helping people when there are at least 4-5 employees working. The wait time is anywhere from 20-60 mins. They don’t verify bank slips either when they are processed. Have had several mistakes made which I don’t understand how this happens when they are so slow.

I went to this bank on November 22nd 2017 and it was the worst service I have received at a bank. I was in line for 20 minutes and then the teller told me that she could not process my transaction, which I had done the week before at another Bank of America. The teller was rude and seemed to be in a bad mood. Service was also super slow, never going back!

Worst and slowest service ever. I cannot believe a banking experience can be so bad. I needed a proof of residency letter notarized, went there found the banker on her phone while I'm sitting there just waiting for someone to approach for assistance. I finally got tired of waiting and asked her if they have a notary. She replies, "yes I can do notary but I'm not even logged in yet." This is at 9:14 by the way. She looks at my letter which simply states where I reside, and she goes I cannot notarize this. She had no valid explanation. I went to Wells Fargo and they notarized it in a heartbeat with smiles and courtesy. Please stay away from this branch. Whoever is in charge or managing that branch should be replaced for starters, hire more staff that actually wants to be there and help people.

I went this morning to this location to deposit money into my checking account because I received a text that I was overdrawn. when I finally got up to the teller I had told her that this was my first time at this location and wanted to deposit money into my checking acvount. She asked me to swipe my card which is standard practice but then she asked me to complete a deposit slip. She then asked me to step aside so that she could take care of the next person. Wel, the next person as it turns iut had the same situation, however that person was not asked to step aside! !. at this time people were starting to line up and I just said forget it!!!. Once again this is an example of poor customer service. Another reason to change banks. They need to train the tellers to be consistent when they are implementing the rules. My impression of the tellers actions was that I was not as valuable a customer as the other customer. Not good BOA! !
